抄録

As soon as a patient was born, he entered our hospital, complaint of the sucking inability.<BR>By the various examination, we found he had the laxparalysis of his tongue, soft palate, pharynx, and cervical oesophagus, but his larynx was normal.<BR>We observed the process by the injection of Vit. B1, Vagostigmin, chemotherapie e. t. c.<BR>After 17 months he left our hospital for the unavoidable reason of his home. At that time his tongue, soft palate recovered normal, but his paralysis remained from the mesopharynx till the entrance of the esophagus, and so he still was unable to swallow.<BR>His general condition was normal except the aspiration pneumonia.<BR>This case will be the hypoplasia of the nerve system from the beginning, the region, the bilateral, and the recovery of the disease.
