抄録

Neurilemmoma is rare occurence as a benign tumor arising primary in the larynx.<BR>A 27 years old man who visited the hospital with complaint of dyspnea and hoareseness, was found to have a large tumor in the larynx which occupied most cavity of the larynx.<BR>The tumor was extracted after a trachotomy and intratracheal anesthesia with chinning laryngoscopy, and it was found that the tumor has sprung from the aryepiglottic fold.<BR>The tumor was smooth, elastic, hard and 22.52cm. largest and the histological examination showed that it was neurinoma, that is to say, neurilemmoma.<BR>The patient maintained a normal laryngeal function without disturbance in swallowing after a few days of the operation.
