Abstract

The author once made a report on the segmental structure of abdomen in Arachnura sp. _??_.Much attention has since then been paid to the abdominal structures of various spiders. The observation has revealed the following facts.<br>1. The spiders which still retain comparatively distinct traces of segmental structures after becoming adults are Oxytate and Misumenops.<br>2. Even in other spiders, the same structures can be seen in the early stage of post embryonic development.<br>The following is the report on these findings.
