Abstract

ディジタル化, ネットワーク化の進展に伴い, 知的財産権法制も変化しつつある.コピープロテクト破りの違法性を明記した著作権法の改正および不正競争防止法の改正が1999年夏に成立した.中古ソフト販売の違法性問題, ビジネス方法の特許問題, ドメイン名と商標の問題などでも, 論議が進展した.
