This study has advanced with the aim of development of the calculating method for cold and hot water supply demands based on the fixture usage in the time series through a day. In this paper, this method was applied to the calculation of cold and hot water supply demands in office buildings. The calculating models of the toilet's fixtures and the hot water service rooms were developed by applying the results of the analysis for the condition of the fixture and water usage. The simulation for calculating the time series loads was carried out by using the model. The applicability of calculating technique in office building was verified by comparing the values of measurement and simulation. Also, the influence on the calculation of the instantaneous maximum flow rate was analyzed by changing the number of workers and the number of toilet's fixtures. From the results, the availability of this calculating method was verified in comparison with the existing methods.
