Abstract
The energy consumption in operation phase accounts for a large share of life cycle energy consumption of buildings, It's contemplated that grasping an appropriate perception of them are important role for measures to conserve energy in the future. The existing energy consumption analysis mostly studies on external condition, such as outside air temperature or automatic control model, but there are not many cases that focuses on actually using of buildings. In this report, we investigated and analyzed the consequence of energy consumption characteristics and execution status of the equipment in a high-rise building for five-years' BMS data.
