In the previous report, we focused on the elbow-shaped silencer in a part of a wind tunnel for reducing of noise and pressure loss in a wind tunnel in a substation. In particular, we conducted some basic experiments on evaluations the effectiveness of sound absorption in low frequency range and obtained some insights. The experimental model in the previous report used 3 kinds of test ducts in sizes such as 600mm(W) x 600mm(H). However, in this report, we used a test duct of size 1200mm(W) x 1200mm(W) which is closer to the real scale of the wind tunnel in a substation.
