Abstract

<p>既存マンション居住者に対するアンケート調査ならびにクラウド型HEMSデータ利用による電力消費量調査を実施し、省エネ関連項目の認知度、実行度、夏季エアコン電力消費の特性等を分析した。その結果、省エネ行動項目の認知度は平均92％と高いこと、一方、それらの実践度は項目によるばらつきが大きく、時間や手間が掛かる行動は実践が難しいことなどがわかった。また、エアコン電力消費量は、省エネ意識やHEMS利用度の高さと反比例することが分かった。</p>
