Abstract

In this paper, we considered damage control of the segment generated in a large depth shield tunnel paying attention to form of K-segment and a jack pattern, etc. A concrete examination analyzes by the three-dimensional FEM model which simulated the construction step by having made into the parameter the shape of K-segment, the jack pattern and the restricted effect between segments, and is comparative study of the level of caused stress and deformation of each construction step. Based on these results, we propose the damage control of the segment during tunneling.
