<p>COPD患者の運動時における呼吸困難の生理学的な特徴と実際の運動処方について概説した．運動療法は呼吸困難へ対処しながら行うのが有効で，閉塞性換気制限と動的過膨張による呼吸困難に対しては，口すぼめ呼吸や呼吸介助法などのコンディショニングが効果的である．運動療法は安全にかつ長期に継続実施することが重要であり，そのためには低酸素血症などのリスク管理に注意し，各個人に合わせたきめ細かな運動処方が必要となる．</p>
