<p>呼吸不全急性期（急性呼吸不全および慢性呼吸不全の急性増悪）にnoninvasive positive pressure ventilation (NIPPV) を使用した際の，インターフェイス（マスク）による鼻根部皮膚損傷の危険因子に関して検討した．その結果，低いBMI，浮腫を有すること，ADLが低いこと，1日のNIPPVの使用時間が長いことが危険因子として重要であると思われた．</p>
