Abstract

<p>長時間作用型気管支拡張薬にて加療中のCOPDに対する塩酸プロカテロール20μgの吸入は，1秒量の増加，低周波数依存性の呼吸抵抗の上昇および末梢容量性リアクタンスの低下を軽減させるとともに，過呼吸に伴う動的肺過膨張を有意に軽減させ，運動耐容能を改善させた．運動耐容能の改善は動的肺過膨張の改善と有意に相関し，短時間作用型β2刺激薬のassist useとしての有用性が確認された．</p>
