Abstract

<p>重症急性呼吸不全では，急性期治療後にも肺の線維化による低肺機能のため回復が困難なことがある．今回われわれは回復期において人工呼吸器下歩行訓練を施行した患者を経験した．症例は65歳，男性．薬剤性の急性間質性肺炎として集中治療を行ったが，回復後に低肺機能を残した．通常のリハビリテーションでは呼吸困難感が強く回復困難だったため気管切開口より人工呼吸器を装着し歩行訓練を施行し，人工呼吸器離脱，独歩退院した．</p>
