Abstract
<p>The author has investigated on one-dimensional wires and two-dimensional nanosheets based on coordination compounds. At the same time, molecular chemistry on the metal complex motifs used therein has been promoted. In the present review, the authorʼs achievement is addressed, focusing on dipyrrin metal complexes.</p>
