Abstract
サルコイドーシスと原発性胆汁性肝硬変は，ともにPropionibacterium acnesの関与が考えられているが，両疾患の合併は稀である．我々は, サルコイドーシスと原発性胆汁性肝硬変を合併した３例を経験した．全例が中年女性であり，抗ミトコンドリア抗体が陽性であった．３例中２例に皮膚サルコイドーシスを認めた．発見時，全例でサルコイドーシスは胸部X線病期Ⅰであった．全例でウルソデオキシコール酸の内服を行い, サルコイドーシスの進行は認めないものの，１例で肝不全の進行が認められ，15年の経過で死亡した．
