Description
The Great East Japan Earthquake gained recognition for the importance of citizens' inter-regional civic assistance. In this study, it established a connection between the inter-regional civic assistance and their favorite subjects in their school time. As a result, it figure out that people who like geography, politics and economics tend to join the volunteer at the stricken area more than who doesn't specific favorite subjects. This means that their favorite subjects effect to their inter-regional civic assistance for reconstruction. However, The rate of who like social studies that active volunteers tend to major in is low. Therefore, it suggests a need for more support for the social studies.
