Abstract

Cultural Law is the study field which to examine the legal profit of cultural sector. Little is known about the study of cultural law except cultural heritage law and copyright law. The purpose of this paper is to show what kind of problems there are in cultural law and how we approach to that field.<br>First I would like to explain where cultural law stands in the legal studies. Secondly to extract the principles of cultural policy from considering the interepretation of the freedom of arts and the provisions regarding to culture and arts in State's constitusional law in German. Finaly I point out some problems of cultural law.
