Coronary arteriography were performed on 106 children with Mucocutaneous lymph node syndrome from July 1982 to July 1983. Coronary arterial lesions were seen in 46 (43.4%) of the 106 cases. This is 14.1% of outpatients with Mucocutaneous lymph node syndrome. Incidence of coronary arterial lesion were higher in male and more younger infants.<BR>The coronary arteriography is very useful for diagnosis of coronary arterial lesion on Mucocutaneous lymph node syndrome.
