In this report, we discussed the idea of the earthquake resistance strengthning equipment as an example of semiconductor plant. We have also introduced the method of reasonably evaluating the bottlenecked equipment at the disaster recovery. Moreover, practicable anti-earthquake measures and the method of a continuous improvement were proposed.
