The success or failure of disaster prevention risk communication are dependent on the specific specialist who made the disaster prevention field the speciality and was excellent also in communication power.<br>That is, indication with if there are many places undertaken to the individual power of a risk communication subject is also made. If it is right, the risk communication which must cope with various disaster of various areas will become very difficult.<br>Then, this research has introduced the ABC model of communication, the role theory, and the concept of an extended C system. And the risk communication which started among the local residents in a wooden high density city area is taken up.<br>We try to pull out experience knowledge by application of the ABC role model which is one of the communication theories, and role analysis which used the role concept model.
