Abstract

Kapphinabhyudayaは9世紀カシュミールの詩人Sivasvaminによって著された長編詩である.2007年に龍谷大学よりこの作品の新しい校訂版が出版され,その研究は新たな段階を迎えた.その第一歩として,本論文では,従来仏教詩であると考えられてきたこの作品は,そのような表面的な意味に加えて第2の意味レベルを備えており,そこでは仏教とシヴァ教の競合,最終的なシヴァ教の勝利が意図されていることを分析する.
