Description

A brief review of the energetics of fluctuating world is given. After an introduction to the basics of the framework, we give some examples showing characteristic features of the fluctuating world in the context of energetics. We emphasize that the heat and energy depend on the space-time scale, and show how those in the different scales are mutually converted.
