Description

The social and technological environmental change in our country have changed the concept and the demand of the design also. Making the design concept concerning new value to design especially becomes important in this change. This study tried the structurizing to construct the technique of the design concept. The definition and the concept of design, concept and design concept collected by the document investigation were analyzed. As a result, the action, value and means, have been extracted as a factor to compose the design concept. Two models of the process concerning the construction of an improvement of the design concept and a new design concept were proposed based on these three factors. In addition, this model was examined according to an existing case and the effectiveness of the mdel was confirmed.
