<p> Now it is dynamic for firms to create new biz by utilizing smartphones in healthcare services, but biz models are so similar that it becomes more important for firms to realize a differentiation strategy. The users are not only subjective when evaluating the quality of a digital health service but also when influenced by competing services. Thus, it is important to elucidate the users' changing evaluations in the competitive landscape. This study picked up iTunes healthcare service and analyzed the user reviews by using corresponding analysis with text-mining. <br>The purpose of this study is to present the analysis method of quantitatively visualizing the users' value and the competitive situation together. The analysis shows that users appreciate the usability itself, particularly in specialized fields such as medication management. These findings are helpful, and the methods of evaluation chosen for this research can be effective for strategy design.</p>
