- 保存的に治療した十二指腸球部に刺入した爪楊枝の1例

爪楊枝誤飲による消化管への刺入，穿通，穿孔は稀で患者が誤飲を自覚していることは少なく爪楊枝がX線透過性であることから診断は困難である。症例は77歳の男性。家族が顔面蒼白，全身発汗に気付き近医受診。上腹部に違和感を訴えたため緊急上部内視鏡検査施行したところ十二指腸球部前壁に針状異物（爪楊枝）が刺入しており同日当科へ紹介となった。腹部所見も乏しく内視鏡的に摘出し得た稀な症例であった。
