Description

Hot dip galvanizing is evaluated as an effective procedure for preventing corrosion of reinforcing steel both in experiments and practices.<BR>In case the structures with galvanized steel are designed and constructed in the similar way as those with ordinary steel bars, durability of the structures will be remarkably improved, and in some cases, the design conditions might be advantageous.
