Description

Cryosurgery and other new surgical methods are developping.<BR>The purpose of this study is to make-macro and microscopic examination of these new surgical therapies on the tongues of healthy adult dogs in a definite condition.<BR>The therapies are cryosurgery, CO2 LASER surgery, Nd-YAG LASER surgery, ultrasonic aspirator method, bipolar coagulator method, infrared coagulator method.<BR>Immediately after these therapies, we have confirmed the follows; edema in cryosurgical method, carbonization in CO2 LASER method, coagulation and carbonization in Nd-YAG LASER surgery, coagulation in bipolar coagulator method, and coagulation and erosion in infrared coagulator and ultrasonic aspirator methods.<BR>One, two, three, and four weeks after these therapies, we found various changes of each methods.
