Description
Recently, a lot of studies about the improvement of stability and the controlled release of ingredients that incorporated in the inner phase of multiple emulsion (w/o/w type, o/w/o type) have been undertaken in various fields. <BR>In our study, we developed a new type o/w/o multiple emulsion using high-pressure homogenizer, and evaluated the formation of o/w/o type dispersion. Furthermore we estimated the amount of stearyl glycyrrhetinate (GS) absorbed in human skin.<BR>This new type o/w/o multiple emulsion had high formation of dispersion and percutaneous absorption.
