Description

心筋硬塞,心筋症,先天性心疾患などを徐外したCRBBB+LAHBのベクトル心電図25例につき完全房室ブロックとの関係を検討した.<br>水平面QRS環が反時計式回転を示し,後方成分の汰きいものをA型,時計式回転を示し,ほとんど前方成分で占められるものをB型,いずれにも属さないものをヰ問型とすると,完全房室ブロックの発生はB型に著明に多いことがわかった.また,このような分類がCRBBB十LAHBの予後の判定に重要な示唆を与える可能性のあることをのべた.
