Description
Dielectrophoretic impedance measurement (DEPIM) method has recently attracted attention because the method is simple and immediately. We demonstrated that the impedance between the electrodes with trapped cell has thermal property and measured cellular temperature by the impedance change even if the number of trapped cells did not change. However, this result was not observed when cells were not trapped between the electrodes.<br> In summary, the cellular temperature could be measured by observing the change in shunt voltage. In this study, we developed cellular temperature measurement system and it was expected to be used in biosensor application. In the future, we want to measure single cellular temperature with isolation by optical tweezers.
