Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to describe N.K. Denzin's Interpretive Interactionism as a perspective on critique of ideology. In Interpretive Interactionism, We must draw attention to conception of epiphany. According to his underlying on epiphany, writing on it contains a double process. Researcher writes texts as experience in subject's voice. And researcher re-writes text as ethnography. Text cannot be regarded as a natural thing any more but be considered as a historical construction, and it is only in the interpretive process that the experience appears as an epiphany. We do not mean that Denzin do not critique subjects on everyday life. We mean that he critiques researcher's Ethnographical writings on everyday life. We arrive the conclusion that Interpretive Interactionism aims to critique ideology into researcher's everyday life on writing ethnography.
