Description
In Okayama University Hospital, we introducted robot assisted laparoscopic pyeloplasty for UPJO in November 2012. Three patients have so far undergone the procedure, performed by a single surgeon. Operation times were from 220 to 267 minutes, console times were from 162 to 180 minutes, the estimated blood loss was less than 10 ml. There were no postoperative complications. We report our method of robot-assisted laparoscopic pyeloplasty.
