Description

This paper aims to analyze the practical use of a negotiation procedure reaching an agreement, to influence intentions of residents in the planning of land use in resorts. As the means of analysis, we chose Machidukuri Ordinance in Yufuin town for instance,and investigate present trends of the development,trends of the negotiation procedure actual cases of the negotiation procedure. As the result, we found that the problems of negotiation procedure are lack of means to adjust the land use as a whole, security of the actual effects of negotiation, the way to use negotiation procedure fairly between residents and developers, and we suggests examples of progressive procedure making use of them to develop negotiation procedures.
