- 特発性喉頭肉芽腫7症例の検討
Abstract
Laryngeal granuloma is a relatively rare disease. This disease frequently recurs. To date, numerous papers dealing with treatment of this condition have been published. This disease can be divided into two types: non-specific granuloma and idiopathic granuloma. In our department,7 cases of idiopathic laryngeal granuloma have been encountered to date. This paper reports our analysis of the etiology, teatment, and recurrence. With reference to the literature.<BR>First, a repres e ntative case is presented. A 49-year-old male visited a local clinic, with a 10-year history of hoarseness.
