Description
In development of the white LED fabricated by RGB phosphor and UV-LED, it is important the theoretical calculation of luminous efficacy. Then, authors tried the theoretical calculation by taking spectrums of the existing RGB phosphor. As a result of the theoretical calculation, when the efficiency of UV-LED was 0.60 and the efficiency of RGB phosphor was 0.90, it was shown that the luminous efficacy of white LED exceeds 100 lm/W.
