Abstract
The Iris of amethod of Melatonin treatment by lighting.The Iris hight up by incandescent lamp, hight pressure sodium lamp, high pressure mercury lamp and metal halide lamp.There compose with nature light. The illuminate level is 2[lx],10[lx],50[lx].The result get in bloomness.The Iris received medical attention with Melatonin by 1[mg],2[mg] and 4[mg].There is no cure for the disease.
