- Verification of Perceived Uniformity of NCS Colour Order System
Description
NCS colour order system is verified by comparing between theoretical data and perceived data. In order to investigate differences of visual property on various observation conditions, this research evaluates the attribute perceived using 60 NCS colour chips, and considers correspondence with NCS standard value. A new colour space NC-IIIC-V is developed considering the physiological mechanisms of visual system. It gives almost agreement with NCS data.
