Gbpsを対象とする高速デジタル通信機器において、信号伝送路上の部品のSパラメータからアイパターンをSPICEにてシミュレーションし、ジッタや振幅劣化を検証する方法を実用化した。Sパラメータモデルに必要な周波数範囲や入力信号源のモデル化手法について報告する。
