抄録

A Condition of vital importance for the industrial production in the field of building construction is the rapid production of constractural member. This research is described the low pressure steam curing method which is a method of speedy production of concrete products, and is discussed effects on physical properties of steam curing concrete. The results of experiments are briefed as follows; (1) curing method……It is essential to cover and further bind the outer suface in order to prevent the mixture of water droppsin concrete, and to restrain the volume change of concrete during the curing period. Two hours is proper for presteaming period, and the rate of temperature rise is little affect on concrete strength. Approximately three hours is normally required for the steam curing period. The steaming duration after curing should be as slow as possible. (2) behavior of steam curing concrete.……The compressive strength of the concrete which has been steam cured under the above-described condition reaches about 200kg/cm^2 at 1 day (nomally P. C, ω/c : 55%). That is, the almost satisfiies the design strength for a structural Member.
