- 海藻多糖の触媒水熱法による加水分解
Description
海藻として、温暖地域で最も多量に存在し成長速度の速い、キリンサイ類およびアオサ類に着目し、その主構成多糖であるカラギーナンおよびウルバンからモノマーへの選択的加水分解を目指した。１５０℃程度の水熱反応場において、有効に働く固体酸触媒を検討した。
