Abstract
In the previous report, we proposed a new method to measure the solidification characteristics of photo polymers by means of the parallel disk viscometer. The influence of the disk distance and the shear rate on the solidification characteristics was discussed here. The shear rate approximately did not influence the solidified depth for the case of the narrow distance of 100 mm. The solidified depth measured for the distance of 500mm was lower than the depth obtained by the direct method, when the shear rate was higher than 100 s-1. It was concluded that the narrow disk distance was valid to measure the critical exposure, and the disk distance wider than 500 mm was valid to measure the solidified depth.
