Abstract
Newly developed disk type Electro-Magnetically Spinning (EMS) viscosity measurement system enabled us to determine the viscosity lower than 1 mPa•s with accuracy better than 1%. We demonstrate here, the result of the viscosity measurement of water. We also show the effect caused by the nonlinear term of the Navie-Stokes equation on the rotation type viscometer, which is apparent in our actual experimental system with high sensitivity for the low viscosity.
