Abstract
In the asynchronous DS-CDMA communication system, the optimal spreading sequence to minimize the multiple-access interference (MAI) is obtained under the assumption that all sequence has the homogeneous shape of autocorrelation. Analysis of the sub-optimal set of spreading sequence without this homogeneous assumption is one of the unsolved questions. In this paper, we construct the set of chaotic spreading sequences that has heterogeneous shape of autocorrelation by the chaotic dynamics given by the Chebyshev polynomial and the filter operation derived from the Lebesuge spectrum analysis. For this set of spreading sequences, we analyze their MAI without homogeneous assumptions.
