Abstract
The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of surface roughness of zirconia substrate and firing temperature of dental porcelain. Each 150 plates of 2 kinds of ZIRCONIA (Y-TZP and Ce-TZP/Almina nano composite) were divided into 3 groups: (1) Mirror polishing; (2) Grinding with grind paper; and (3) Sandblasting. Furthermore, 3 firing temperature conditions were applied to (2) zirconia plates. Bonding strength between zirconia and veneered porcelain were determined using a shear test.
