Abstract
In the present study, influence of sandblasting and heat treatment on the low temperature degradation was evaluated through the biaxial flexure strength of yttria stabilized tetragonal zirconia polycrystals and the zirconia/alumina nanocomposite stabilized with cerium oxide. Storage conditions were as follows: physiological saline solution at 80ºC for 30 days; 4% acetic acid at 80ºC for 30 days; and autoclave at 121ºC for 10 days.
