Abstract

Taiwan owns rich historic and cultural resources, and people tend to forget the significance and importance of the core of many traditional cultures after a long period of time, which drives cultural and creative industry to become the important policy of local development and cultural heritage [1]. In view of this, local areas have been devoted in cultural and creative industries to market cultural and creative merchandise through soft power in diverse culture.
