This research is one of project that from Research Center of Regional Disaster Management and the author developed evacuation guidance application. This is possible to support when we take an evacuation alerted to navigation to the shelter in the process of smart phones. As developed this application in case the Kuji city, Iwate prefecture. In addition, this application is capable of utilizing as a tourist for Kuji city. Therefore it is an application that is able to perform the navigation to the best shelter in tourists not familiar with the geography of the region(Kuji city).
