Abstract

The purpose of railway map is to post the topological relationship of stations and railways free of distance, direction and scale restrictions. They are one of the topological maps that are also known as "Network maps", shows a series of lines and points. In this paper, 2 studies were the progress history and cognitive map of JRline. The following 5 characteristic were found out. 1) Important element of recognition map. 2) Angle of line, representation of edges and nodes. 3) Influence of a geographic element. 4) Line that becomes a form. 5) Experience and knowledge quantity.
