Abstract

This study aims to expand the customer service of the zoo, by using information technology. To probe these kind of topic, an intelligence network as infrastructure is necessary. However, many zoo of our country does not have intelligence communication system like PC LAN even their institution is huge. There was a similar problem in Maruyama Zoo, too. We solve this problem and build simple network environment by utilizing existing communication wiring effectively. In addition, we became to show several service proposal, like, Live camera site service and, customer management method using RFID card. We could also improve the customer satisfaction by making SNS site.
