Description

In recent years, position recognition technology has made it easy to present information according to the position of the user, and that can create new experiences for travelers. In this project, the industrial design department participated and led the HCD process to create ideal service, after the base technology has been developed. Through a series of HCD activities, we pointed out key features of the service, and realized the touristic audio guide service platform. In this paper, we describe findings from HCD activities, and key features of the service and design, and then report the process that generated new commercial service.
